Membership in the New Jersey Academy of Audiology is open to audiologists who are licensed to practice in New Jersey, audiology students, and others who support the mission of the Academy. For a full description see below.

Affiliate Member - $65.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Affiliate membership is granted to Audiologists who support the Mission Statement of the NJAA but are not licensed in New Jersey. Affiliate membership is also granted to non-audiologist professionals including but not limited to physicians, speech-language pathologists, hearing instrument specialists, commercial vendors and consumers who support the Mission Statement of the NJAA. As an organization of, by, and for audiologists, affiliate membership does not entitle individuals to voting privileges or other privileges made available to Fellows. Affiliate members cannot serve on the Board of Directors or on any committees.

Full member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A Full Member is an audiologist licensed by the State of New Jersey. Full members shall have
the right to vote upon: (1) election of officers and directors; and (2) such matters as may be presented to the membership by vote by the Board of Directors. Full members can serve on the Board of Directors and committees.

Student Member - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Student membership is available to any person currently enrolled in a Doctor of Audiology program. Application for membership must be accompanied by a signed statement from the Director of Doctor of Audiology program confirming that the student is pursuing a doctoral degree in Audiology. When a student is granted an Audiology license, the student is no longer eligible for student membership. Student members can serve on committees and can vote as a committee member as it pertains to the committee's charge.

The New Jersey Academy of Audiology (NJAA) is dedicated to promoting the public good by fostering the growth, development, recognition, and status of the profession of Audiology and its members. NJAA is a 501c(6) professional, non-profit organization.
